Photography is Our Life
We’ve owned a niche women’s portrait photography studio for over 13 years, so this is nothing new for us. We know the importance of loving your images for years to come. And while there isn’t anything wrong with being trendy, that’s never felt natural to us. Much of the furniture in the studio has traveled with us over the years, and has never outdated itself. What are the rates?
$165 per hour, with a 2 hour minimum. We take a $200 refundable deposit at the time of booking, which will be returned to you if you vacate the space on-time, and if nothing is damaged or missing.
Do you do have a studio share/ membership option?
Yes! We prefer memberships! We would love to have only a few photographers using the space consistently.
Memberships are auto-charged monthly, under a 6 month contract. These are at a discounted rate, with the bonus of being able to use the studio lighting at no charge, and entering the space to prep up to 30 minutes early.
Tier 1: 4 Hours per month $585 (normally $660)
Tier 2: 8 Hours per month $1150 (normally $1320)
Tier 3: 12 Hours per month $1525 (normally $1980)
What is the minimum age allowed?
18+ years old, although we prefer ages 21+. We only allow legal adults because our main business is boudoir.
Can I rent for only an hour?
Our minimum rental is 2 hours long, up to 8 hours.
Do you provide clothes or accessories?
No, you must bring all of your own clothing, accessories, etc. Use of the space is the only thing included in your rental. We do have an area for hair & makeup and getting ready though!
Can I do a cake smash/ body paint/ honey drip/ water photoshoot here?
No! We are very protective of our space. There are several high end velvet couches, clean white walls, and other surfaces that would be easily ruined by these things. If you bring any of these, you WILL lose your deposit, and may be charged an additional fee for anything that is damaged.
Can I host an event here?
Maybe! We do host photographers and other creatives who would like to teach a class or workshop. Reach out with your idea! But we do not allow parties, birthdays, etc.
What is parking & building access like?
We have a huge, gated parking lot with over 100 spaces. Our studio is on the 1st floor with no steps or stairs, so it is very easy to carry your things inside. We also have handicap parking. The door to the space is only unlocked when everyone in the group is present, and when we can see that each attendee has signed the liability & damage waiver.
Is the space completely private?
The owner, and our employees (all female) may be in their offices, but will stay out of sight as much as possible. We know the importance of giving your client a safe, private, comfortable space. But please note, we do have cameras monitoring the entire studio to ensure no illegal activity happens, unauthorized people are not entering, and to have the ability to review footage in the event something is damaged or missing. The cameras are solely monitored by our female staff though. Please notify your clients about the cameras, especially if you are shooting boudoir.
